Our Process:

We will start by getting to know you and learning about your business and your expectations for your new website. What are your goals? What is the general design – have you found other sites you like? What about look and feel, colors, links, pictures and other media? How will you promote the site and attract visitors? What is your budget?

Next we will develop an initial design which will lead to more discussions. This will consist of a rough layout of all the site pages and a flow to map out the navigation. We will also work with you get to get a more detailed idea of the website content such as logos, text, pictures, and documents. Once we have reached an agreement on the design and the content we will give you a quotation and an initial project schedule.

By focusing on thorough project definition up front, you will know project costs before development begins. Once you have given us the go-ahead we will start the development process. Your site will be developed in a ‘maintenance’ mode allowing you and your team to monitor progress and give feedback but the public will not have access. Once the website is completed and thoroughly tested we will go over it with you, make needed adjustments, and go-live upon your approval.
